Strictly speaking this is a semi-suspension, not a full suspension, because I let Sophia keep the very tips of her toes on the floor. Kind of me, don't you think? You wouldn't have thought so hearing the muffled words behind the gag! Anyway, I rather like this position, I call it "flying Angel" :-)
