Well, Amy, can you reach those knots? There are only three holding you in the cell, you know. One at the top of the rope around your waist, tied close to the hook in the ceiling from which you're so delightfully dangling. I suppose you might be able to jump and reach it, if it weren't for the two ropes on your wrists which pull painfully tight every time you step too far away from the wall. OK, so the waist rope knot is out of reach, but surely you can reach one of the knots of the wrist ropes, down near the floor, by the wall... what if you really stretch?
