Cobie's stay in the dungeon is "enlivened" by being tied in a strict strappado, foot bound to her thigh keeping her in an upright, kneeing position. Why, it is almost as though her mouth is placed at the perfect height for her to be of great service to any visitor who happens to feel... inspired by her!
