Jasmine Fur Coat There is a very famous book by the fellow who gave us the word "Masochism" called "Venus in Furs". I heard that title a very long time ago, before I knew anything about Leopold Sacher-Masoch. Now my predilections always a lot more inclined to the dominant than the submissive, so the image it conjured for me was exactly the opposite of what old Leopold's hero had to put up with. It remains a powerful set of images in my head. conjured by no more than the title of the book. This is the first of a series of "Venus in Furs" shoots to try to bring some of those images out for you to share. I can't claim to have captured them all that well here, so I will persevere. The "flat on your back on a bed" position is not the one to really draw out the erotic breathlessness I am really after, so I'd better shoot some more, don't you think? The one thing that I can tell you for sure was that my earliest mental image of "Venus in Furs" bore a striking resemblance to Jasmine Sinclair- years before I ever met her! Oh yes- and it has taken me a whole year but I finally got Jasmine Sinclair into my bed. Alright, alright, I give in. It was for a thoroughly professional photosession but it's still a dream come true ;-) The fur, incidentally, is fake. But it looks and feels pretty good.
