There's no two ways about it- I think satin in the sexist material. Velvet's great, lace is lovely, see-thru is cool but satin looks as good as it feels, and nothing feels better than running your hands over hot satin-clad skin! OK, it might have something to do with my 1970's childhood. And synthetic satin isn't quite a hot as the actual natural-fibre silk original. But still, it's hard to go wrong with a hard-boiled dame in black satin, tied and in trouble and terribly combative about it. Tillie really does play these feisty damsels to perfection!
