I like this tie. OK, fair enough, if your 'victim' were genuinely trying to get out, she could probably reach the knots with the opposite hand, so it is more of a love-bondage thing than a tie for playing damsel-in-distress roleplaying games. But really, how can you go wrong? Wrists to ankles, so she can't really stand up, but plenty of room for opening wide... and granting access!

For these shots of Sabrina I decided to play with some quite extreme wide angle focal lengths on the camera. Normally you tend to avoid those because it can make the proportions of someone's body look a bit distorted... but just look at those dramatic pictures of Sabrina on her knees before you, looking up at you with sultry eyes! Result!
