Cinderella had been using up favours from her fairy godmother at an unconscionable rate, and showing no evidence whatsoever of any gratitude. The poor fairy was rushed off her feet making satin gowns out of handkerchiefs, expensive paintings out of a child's postercolour set, repainting the painting to Cinderella's whim, making a vast bath out of a thimble... then going and finding a bigger thimble in the right shape so Cinderella could have it just so.

No matter what she did, it never seemed to be enough for Cinderella. At the end of her tether, the poor fairy godmother had to call in... the fairy godfather! He would soon put the fear of the family into the recalcitrant girl, starting with a proper godfather-style bondage ordeal....
